It's a sensory toy for babies. Made from soft silicone with some pulling strings and textured areas for chewing. The colors are nice, and it seems durable enough to handle the usual drooling and tugging. It keeps my little one engaged for a bit but not all day—typical for this age. The silicone is a bit of a lint magnet, though, which is annoying. For $10, it’s a decent distraction and doubles as a teething toy. Nothing revolutionary, but it does the job.
